Ebay undone

My first eBay purchase (HP Printer Server for my laser printer) turned out to be a dud. It didn’t work.
Fortunately, the place I bought it from is actually a specialist printer company and offer warranty on all their products. I sent it back to them and they tested it out, confirmed it did not work, and promptly refunded my money.
*sigh*
So now I have to look for another one.
You bought from ebay without telling me? Are you mad?!? Yes you did the right thing buying from a specialist. Also many amateurs on eBay will do the right thing. It the guys in tthe middle who are the most tricky to deal with. They’re working a volume business and don’t offer any after sale support. One of my competitors proudly states “No refunds or returns – you should insure it in case it is damaged in shipping”. Sheesh. This guy is driving prices of my main line down to cost. Oh well at least I got to 1000 positive feedback before someone gave me a negative.
