Someone asked me for help with procrastination … not help to stop it, but help to extend it – he was avoiding making a decision and had run out of reasons why he should not make a decision now.
I admonished him explaining that nobody ever needed help with procrastinating, and if he needed help with procrastination, then he wasn’t doing it right.
Of course, paradoxically, if you’re not doing it right, then you need help.
It’s one of those great mysteries of the world.
