Telstra didn’t show up yesterday to fix the problem they caused on Monday. I still have no phone line and hence no internet connection. To make matters worse I have been crook and don’t have the energy to go out to get online.
Telstra tell me today that they have rescheduled us until Thusday next week (that’s AFTER Christmas!!). I made them log a complaint given that it was a Telstra tech who caused the problem in the first place … but that probably won’t be dealt with until after the problem is actually fixed (it damn well better be).
I met Leanne at Gloria Jeans after she finished work (she’s been reading the paper and doing the Sudoku puzzle). I’m just about caught up with 2 days of emails and such … but I’m way behind with my other work and there’s some problems on my websites that need fixing. I might have to go find another hotspot later tonight so I can get a bit more done.
Not impressed Telstra.
