Dammit – just as Angel was starting, a lightning strike took out the Channel 7 transmission tower. There’s nothing but snow on Ch7 right now – and channel 10 too, since they share the transmitter. That tower is only about 500m from our place – maybe even less. The lightning flash and the thunder were at the same time, so I knew it was close.
