Another photo of me – this time taken by my mother in Victor Harbour – I think we were fishing from the Granite Island Jetty (looking back towards the causeway). I’m guessing some time around 1987 / 1988. That’s my sister and father sitting in the background

I stayed at Adare House in Victor Harbour for my year 12 camp in 1989. Actually I didn’t stay in the house itself – I was in one of the dormitories alongside (not shown in the photo). The house, built between 1891-1893 is still operating as a conference center today – http://www.adarecentre.com.au/

My parents bought a 5 acre block of land on the outskirts of Murray Bridge at the end of 1984 and wanted to plant a row of native trees along the northern boundary to provide a wind break, a visual barrier from our neighbours, and a haven for birds and other wildlife.
