Should one use the TARGET=”_blank” property on HREF tags in HTML to launch a new browser window when a user clicks on a link on your web page, or is this really bad form ?

I have started to use FeedDemon to keep track of sites that I regularly monitor. Blogs, discussion forums and other such regularly updated sites are ideal to track with FeedDemon – all you need is an RSS newsfeed and FeedDemon can track it and keep you updated. FeedDemon 1.0 RC2 is now available.
