Virus ethics

There is a new virus/worm that has just hit the internet over the last day or so… W32.Novarg.A@mm

I wouldn’t generally give worms a second glance – just squash them with the latest Nortons update… however, I did notice on the Symantec AV site that this worm is designed to target SCO with a DoS attack.

Now there’s a great idea.

Maybe I should set up a couple of dedicated computers on a fast ADSL link with the worm so that they can contribute to the attack ?

Nah, that would be just wrong.

I’ll continue with my silent-but-deadly thumb-the-nose campaign against SCO.
