New Air Conditioner

Bought a portable airconditioner last week for the study – it gets really hot in here on sunny days.
After quite a bit of research, I settled on the Delonghi PAC60ECO.
Ironically, just like my Axe in the Chook Shed incident with the ADSL router, I seem to have successfully scared the warm weather away !!
Indeed, I don’t think it has been above 23 degrees celcius outside since I bought this airconditioner !!!
What’s the bet that while I’m away in NZ in a couple of weeks time we hit 35 degree temperatures back home and I won’t be around to give the new aircon a proper workout.

I’m thinking of buying one of these Delonghi PAC60ECO. What do you think of the performace and how much did yo get it for? Does this model have a duct for the window to extract the heat the machine generates. thanks heaps if you’d reply
