I just posted an article on my Workplace Channel blog that I write for work.

The article (which I actually wrote a couple of months back, but only just got around to posting now), is called For 20,000 at IBM, Lotus innovation makes working at home a way of life.

I thought I’d blog about it here, to give you a bit of an idea about the way I work on a daily basis. Yes, I truely do work from home the vast majority of the time (when I’m not on the road). I think I would struggle going back to a traditional office environment – I’m so used to the flexibility of working from home, although it does have its downsides (as I blogged about yesterday).
